The Township of Mullica (Ordinance 18-2025) will be relinquishing jurisdiction for the administration and enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) to the State of New Jersey. As per, N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.3(c)2, effective February 9, 2026, the UCC shall be enforced by the Department of Community Affairs Southern Regional Office (DCA SRO).

NEW SRO INSPECTION REQUEST INFO 2026

There will be an additional day in office to meet with the Planning Board Secretary this upcoming week. The Secretary will be available on Tuesday, January 27th as well as on the normal scheduled day of Thursday, January 29th at Town Hall, 4528 S. White Horse Pike, Elwood, NJ 08217.

ACUA Expansion Public Hearing Notice 2-17-2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Atlantic County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 17 at 4:00pm to consider an application for a proposed amendment by ordinance to the Atlantic County Solid Waste Management Plan.

The proposed amendment pertains to a lateral and vertical expansion of the existing Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) Solid Waste Landfill, located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Written comments regarding the proposed project will be accepted by the Atlantic County Department of Regional Planning and Development for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this notice.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comment.
