Special Meeting Notice
The Governing Body of the Township of Mullica will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, September 23, 2022, at 11:00am in the Township Committee Room at the Township Municipal Building located at 4528 S. White Horse Pike Elwood, NJ 08217.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
Adopt a resolution accepting the resignation of a Committeeperson; and
Adopt a resolution to appoint the replacement Township Committeeperson from the list of candidates provided as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:16-11; and
Two resolutions to approve MTRA Loan Applications; and
For no other purpose.
Notice of the meeting was provided in the following manner: emailed to the Atlantic City Press and Hammonton Gazette, posted at Township Hall, and posted on the Township’s website. Formal action may be taken.
Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et. seq. the meeting will remain open to the public with opportunities for public questions and comments.
