Emergency Meeting Notice
The Governing Body of the Township of Mullica will hold a Special Emergency Meeting on Tuesday May 3, 2022, at 5:00pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
Approve a Committee Resolution appointing a part-time Tax Clerk due to the resignation of the current Tax Clerk. The need for such a meeting could not reasonably have been foreseen at a time when adequate notice could have been published in the two official newspapers in advance of the meeting because no successful applicant had been selected. The notice was emailed to The Press and Hammonton Gazette on April 29, 2022, and will be published in The Press in advance of the meeting.
The Special Emergency Meeting will be limited to this matter and for no other purpose. Notice of the meeting was provided in the following manner: emailed to the Atlantic City Press and Hammonton Gazette, posted at Township Hall, and posted on the Township’s website. Formal action may be taken.
Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et. seq. the meeting will remain open to the public with opportunities for public questions and comments.
