Notice is hereby given that the Township of Mullica, Atlantic County, State of New Jersey, will be holding a Special Meeting in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act,” N.J.S.A. Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, to take place at Mullica Township’s School District’s Library, located at 500 Elwood Road, Elwood, NJ 08217, on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 7:00pm; copies of this notice have been posted on the township’s official bulletin board as well as the municipal website under “News & Events.” The purpose of this meeting is to act on all items set forth on the agenda as follows: public hearing on Ordinance 11-2023 and update on Township Hall remediation. The Mayor and Committee expressly reserve the right to take any additional actions that may be deemed as necessary and may come before the governing body.
